Project Management Skills
Who should attend?
This course is for learners looking to use project management techniques to improve control over their workload. You don’t need to have the title Project Manager to have responsibilities for delivering outputs. Time and resource pressures affect us all, so we could use some project management tools and techniques to help us stay in control.
Why should you attend?
This course will introduce you to the discipline required to manage projects to successful completion. It will develop your planning and organising abilities and help you develop effective control measures.
