GEL has been successful in securing funds for management development and your company could benefit.

These funds will directly support your managers to engage in a sustained programme that focusses on:

• Leadership, managment and finance
• Innovation, change and quality
• Project management, performance managemnt and managing improvement
• Personal development in influencing, negotiating, communicating and presenting

All managers will receive a full DiSC Management Report at the start of their programme to help them focus on the most needed areas to improve.

This is an 18 month programme which results in achievement of an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
